Healthy Fast Food Inc. today announced it has a new company name, U-Swirl Inc. With more than 50 franchises sold via area development agreements, U-Swirl Inc. is positioned to be a strong player in the frozen dessert sector.
The company is changing its name from Healthy Fast Food Inc. to U-Swirl Inc. to better reflect the company's brand awareness and focus among consumers and investors alike.
"Today's announcement marks a significant milestone for our company. The Healthy Fast Food name no longer adequately represented our business, and our position as a regionally recognized and nationally growing frozen dessert chain of cafes," said Rico Conte, CEO, in a statement. "The U-Swirl name more accurately reflects our commitment to developing the best possible cafe experience for frozen desserts, offering our guests the ultimate dining experience in self-serve desserts is our primary focus."
