The trouble was he couldn’t find a restaurant that offered the correct nutrition he required. Having come from a family of great cooks, he began creating recipes of his own. Muscle Maker Grill offers nutritious, lean and protein-based alternatives to fast food and now operates in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. Five new locations are under development in the East Bay Area of California.
