Panera Bread Company has announced that executive chairman Ron Shaich, president and CEO Bill Moreton, and Jeff Kip, senior VP and chief financial officer, will be in attendance at the company's 2011 annual meeting of stockholders. The meeting will be held May 19 at 10:30 a.m. Central time at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis.
Moreton and Kip will review the company's operational and financial performance in fiscal 2010 and address the company's fiscal 2011 outlook. Management will be available at the conclusion of the meeting to answer questions from the company's stockholders.
The management presentation will be broadcast on the Internet beginning at 10:40 a.m., Central time May 19. Stockholders can access the audio webcast of the management presentation and accompanying slideshow. Access to the webcast will be archived for one year.
