Eat24Hours.com, a website that features food delivery options in more than 400 cities, has launched a mobile platform that makes it easier for customers to order delivery or takeout from their smartphones.
Since launching two years ago, Eat24Hours.com has expanded to more than 400 cities; nearly 7,000 restaurants; and has placed more than 2 million food orders. The new Eat24Hours.com mobile platform is accessible from all Internet-enabled phones.
"Most people start thinking about food when they're between meetings or on their way home from work. The convenience of having thousands of restaurant menus accessible in the palm of your hand is a real time saver," said Nadav Sharon, CEO and co-founder of Eat24Hours.com. "Our mobile platform lets customers schedule takeout and delivery orders in advance with just three clicks. It is fast, easy and readily available anywhere you go."
Eat24Hours.com, which is free, recently launched a Loyalty Program where customers who place orders with participating restaurants through the site will receive a 10 to 15 percent credit in their account that can be used toward orders placed.
Additionally, customers also can choose to receive actual cash back once they have collected $20 or more in their account. The program launched last month and now features 200 restaurants participating in five cities, and 500,000 customers.
"We continue to innovate and expand quickly as our goal is to be in every major city in the United States very soon. Initiatives like the Loyalty Program, and now our mobile platform, have been huge successes with our existing customer base and the restaurants we represent. We're currently adding 75 restaurants and 20,000 customers a week to our website," Sharon said.
