Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill introduced its Mediterranean Middle Meltdown (MMM) Diet initiative in early February on the company’s Facebook page.
The MMM Diet provides tips to eating healthy at Garbanzo, as well as encourages the concept’s social media fans to share their healthy eating and lifestyle stories on Garbanzo’s Facebook wall.
To date, three Facebook fans have posted regularly about their weight loss and healthy eating journeys and how they are incorporating Garbanzo into their eating plans. Countless other fans have commented with words of encouragement, appreciation and excitement about following their health improvements and weight loss progress.
“A Mediterranean diet is naturally based around healthy, delicious ingredients that help promote lifelong good health,” said Garbanzo's founder, Alon Mor. “We developed the MMM Diet initiative to emphasize the benefits of a Mediterranean diet, highlight Garbanzo’s healthy and well-rounded menu items, and encourage our guests to join us on the healthy eating, healthy lifestyle bandwagon.
