Noodles & Company has signed a partnership deal to implement PeopleMatter's Hire software-as-a-service solution in its restaurants.
Noodles will use PeopleMatter’s talent management system to automate its hiring process with Hire’s online application form, applicant tracking system (ATS) and electronic onboarding that eliminates paperwork.
Hire allows candidates to apply for jobs from Internet-enabled devices, and is optimized for touchscreens.
"PeopleMatter will give our restaurants a powerful, yet simple system to manage time-consuming hiring and onboarding processes,” said Ann Dowell, Noodles & Company’s vice president of human resources.
PeopleMatter launched its HIRE platform in September 2010 and was endorsed by the National Restaurant Association earlier this month. Boloco also leverages PeopleMatter Hire for its 16 locations.
