Firehouse Subs is hosting its first sub vs. sub “Chompetition," a nationwide battle for the chain's supreme specialty sandwich.

From now until March 27, all 406 Firehouse Subs stores will pit their Specialty Subs menu items against each other to yield one winner.

During the 10-week competition, a bracketed game showcasing playoffs, semi-finals and finals will take place that represent customers’ votes. At the end of the “Chompetition,” Firehouse Subs will offer voters three grand prizes: a pair of season tickets for their favorite sports team.

Participating customers who vote at least once for eight out of 10 weeks will receive a free medium sub.
