Exit41, a provider of social ordering solutions for the restaurant industry, has announced the appointment of seasoned business executive Chet Barnard as its new CEO. Barnard will lead Exit41’s next stage of market growth and leadership, with a focus on partnering with its restaurant clients to grow online revenue, monetize social media investments and build loyal customer relationships.

Exit41 is an online ordering vendor that has successfully integrated social media – including Facebook – into its web and mobile product strategy, linking the restaurant to the social web and enabling them to connect with consumers where they live, work and socialize.  Exit41 has processed more than 20 million food orders on behalf of more than 60 restaurant brands that include Qdoba Mexican Grill, Bravo Brio Restaurant Group, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Americana Group, Famous Dave’s and la Madeleine, which recently named Exit41 as its 2010 Vendor Partner of the Year.

As CEO, Barnard will lead Exit41’s sales, marketing and operational strategy for growth, which includes deepening relationships with its restaurant clients and working together to develop a Social Ordering Roadmap. Through this roadmap process, Exit41 plans to further guide its restaurant clients in building a business case around its social ordering objectives.
