Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe has announced a systemwide and immediate roll out of its new Artisan Flatbread Pizza.
The 9-inch pizza is made with Artisan flatbread and comes in four varieties: Café Supreme, Super Veggie, Pepperoni and Meaty Deluxe, and replaces Camille’s current lineup of gourmet pizzas.
“Our new Artisan Flatbread Pizza is an enhancement of our popular pizza line at Camille’s and a great addition to our expanding menu offerings,” said David Rutkauskas, Beautiful Brands International (BBI) founder, president and CEO. “Already we’ve seen an increase in sales of 20 percent or better in corporate tests and anticipate a terrific response from guests who love personal pizzas with premium cheese, meats and veggies.”
Camille’s is known for its healthy cuisine and relaxing atmosphere. The menu includes wraps, grilled Paninis, deli-style sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, soups, salads, smoothies, desserts and a large selection of coffees and teas. Camille’s morning menu also features a variety of breakfast wraps, daily fresh-squeezed orange juice and more.
Camille's is one of 12 concepts marketed and developed by BBI, which was founded under the leadership of David and Camille Rutkauskas.
