Smashburger hires hometown agency of record

Smashburger has hired Denver-based brand communications agency Cactus as its agency of record (AOR) to help establish and execute the overall tone and voice of the Smashburger brand.

The company's initial responsibilities will include brand advertising, in-store, out-of-store and online touch points, national promotions and media buying.

"With a brilliant concept that has been executed flawlessly, it is no wonder that Smashburger is one of the nation's fastest growing and most exciting restaurant concepts," said Joe Conrad, Cactus founder, CEO and strategic director. "Our job at Cactus will be to pour fuel on that fire and help Smashburger become every city's favorite place for burgers."
