HuHot Mongolian Grill launches express concept

HuHot Mongolian Grill has opened its first Express concept in Fort Collins, Colo., offering a scaled-down version of the original concept, but for grab-n-go customers.

“In this economy, we think the Express will offer our customers another dining option,” said Andy Vap, HuHot's founder and CEO. “We know what our customers love about HuHot, but we hear their desires too and we believe this provides the best of both worlds."

HuHot Express is owned and operated by Hot Grills Inc. and has 32 locations throughout the United States.
