Roti Mediterranean Grill will open its sixth location this November on North Dearborn Street, the third unit in downtown Chicago.

Roti Mediterranean Grill serves serves freshly-cut, fire-roasted meats and traditional side dishes such as falafel, hummus and Baba Ghanoush. The menu, created by executive chef Barry Brooks, features a variety of salads, sandwiches and Mediterranean plates that are high in protein but lowfat. Patrons can calculate the nutritional value of their customized order on the Roti website.

Roti offers dine-in and delivery services as well as an extensive catering menu. Roti is certified Green by The Green Restaurant Association, a national association that has certified nearly 1,000 restaurants as environmentally responsible.
