    Depending on the outcome of the healthcare debacle this way forward for restaurants is the Fuddrucker's, Sauce model of order and pay and expedited will drive the fast casual model into the higher end dining model, IMO.

    I think consumers want less expense and the tipping model in this economy married to the HR problem that government mandateded healthcare and the increase in the minimum wage will drive this model of delivery in the future of the restaurant industry.

    I'm working on a hybrid concept now as a consultant for a client in AZ that marries that delivery model to a separated by space with traditional cocktail waitresses.
