Just a few days after the opening of the highly anticipated Pop-Tarts World in New York City, California Tortilla is giving pop-tart enthusiasts another reason to be happy with its 16th Annual Pop-Tart Day. On Aug. 18, all customers will receive a free Kellogg’s Pop-Tart, and dozens of customers will find a “Golden Ticket” redeemable for free burritos for an entire year. No entrée purchase is necessary to participate.
In anticipation of Pop-Tart Day, California Tortilla is hosting trivia on its Facebook page for the chance to win Pop-Tart prize packs and free burritos. California Tortilla also is providing customers with a promotional code to receive free shipping on orders worth $49 or more from www.poptartsworld.com.
Last year, the chain gave away more than 20,000 Pop-Tarts, a record for the long-time promotion.
The giveaway will be available at all 37 California Tortilla locations across the mid-Atlantic region while supplies last. Pop-tart flavors may vary at each location.
