Freshii expands to Portland, Ore.

Downtown Portland is set to experience Freshii's fully customizable menu with sustainably grown ingredients. The first of five locations has been planned for the area, marking the chain's entrance into the Pacific Northwest.

Freshii is being launched in Portland by a group of local entrepreneurs led by Robert Fulton, former CEO and founder of R&H Construction Co. Fulton expects to have the first Freshii open by next spring.
