Boer and Chris Hall at Fresh Start Enterprises have significant experience with fast casual chains such as Burger King, Jamba Juice, Arby's and Pizza Hut," said Larry Reinstein. "Their extensive and proven experience and overall belief in our concept made this partnership so desirable."

Fresh City will be part of the new Livingston Town Center Development, a lifestyle center featuring upscale retail and professional spaces that are surrounded by luxury homes. "Livingston is an ideal location for the local resident and business communities but also for visitors from other regions who are stopping in the area to visit and shop," states Bruce Reinstein, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Fresh City.
