San Diego Restaurant manager, Reggie Parks, promoted healthy a lifestyle for the new year. In a press release, the leader of Restaurant Soleil@k and ALTITUDE Bar addressed the San Diego community, giving eight tips for a healthier lifestyle. Tips included, "Dress to impress" and "Indulge, but not to the point that you won't make it through the night."
