• Panera reports revenue increase

Panera Bread Company reported 33.1-percent revenue increase, totaling $173.1 million, for the fourth quarter. The company's 2004 fourth quarter totals were $130.1 million. According to a company statement, bakery-cafe sales accounted for $137.0 million of consolidated revenues while franchise royalties and fees and fresh dough sales to franchisees accounted for $36.1 million of consolidated revenues for the fourth quarter of 2005.
