DALLAS— Baker Bros American Deli, a fast-casual concept headquartered here, has executed an area development agreement with Independence Franchising of Texas to open three Baker Bros American Deli restaurants in the Greater Houston area.
 
The newest franchise group of Baker Bros is currently searching for restaurant sites and hopes to locate its first location within the next 60 to 90 days, according to a news release.
 
Founded in 1999 by Ken Reimer and Tom Dahl, Baker Bros currently operates eight company stores and one franchised store in Dallas with an additional 11 franchised stores open or in development in Las Vegas, east Texas and Houston.
