JACKSONVILLE, Fla.— Mike Nissenbaum is the new vice president of company operations for Firehouse Subs. Nissenbaum works out of the company's corporate headquarters in Mandarin and began earlier this year, replacing Jack Dunsmoor, former vice president of operations and now the area representative in charge of developing the franchise markets in Volusia and Flagler counties.
As vice president of corporate operations, Nissenbaum will be responsible for leading all corporate units to maximize the guest experience and profitability of the restaurants. In addition, he will concentrate on additional company locations within Jacksonville and other markets targeted for the development of company-owned restaurants.
Firehouse Subs has more than 234 "stations" in 11 Southern states.
