BRADENTON, Fla. — First Watch Restaurants Inc. entered the southeast Florida market with its new Plantation location March 27. 
 
First Watch serves traditional breakfast fare along with original innovations, such as a Bacado Omelette, Turkey Dill Crepe, and a Power Wrap (fluffy egg whites, smoked turkey, spinach and mushrooms in a sun-dried tomato basil wrap). 
 
The daytime-only concept has 17 restaurants in Florida and 54 throughout the country.
