Wingstop posts 11th straight quarter of comps growth

DALLAS — Wingstop benefited from the Super Bowl and March Madness for a positive first quarter ended April 1.

According to a news release, comparable-store sales increased 11.3 percent. Wingstop said it has increased comps over the corresponding period a year prior for 11 consecutive quarters.
