SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill is celebrating Cinco de Mayo "grande-style" by teaming with Dream Foundation. The fast-casual restaurant will hold a two-tiered fundraising campaign to help the national nonprofit organization fulfill the final wishes of terminally ill adults.
 
According to a news release, the public is invited to lend support either by purchasing La Salsa's GrandeTray party platters at any of its participating 100-plus restaurants nationwide or via the Internet as part of the "Dream Foundation/La Salsa Pledge Drive." The promotion will continue through Friday, May 5, a day of celebration observed both in Mexico and in the United States that commemorates the Mexican victory over the French in the Battle of Puebla.
