Pesto Creative Italian Bistro announced the launch of its Web site, PestoBistro.com. The new site includes menu items, boasting an array of Italian Gelato, salads, sandwiches, pizzas and pastas.
 
The Ohio-based fast-casual concept also promotes its franchising opportunities on the site. According to the Web site, turnkey costs range from $250,000-$450,000 depending on the size and location of the store. The site said the company goal is to open 1,000 locations in 10 years. Currently, there is one store open in Ohio. The restaurant has been in operation since Dec. 2005.
