HAMILTON, N.J. — Manhattan Bagel is introducing several fresh and healthy seasonal menu items. According to a news release, the menu upgrades were made to match the change in seasons.

At all locations nationwide, the Manhattan Bagel menu features new crisp green salads, including the New York Deli Salad, a blend of mixed greens, turkey, ham, hard-cooked egg, cheddar and Swiss cheeses, tomatoes and black olives; and the Country Club Salad, with mixed greens, grilled chicken breast, bacon, hard-cooked egg and tomatoes. Also, Manhattan Bagel welcomes back the Grilled Chicken Caesar, and the Garden Market Salad, with mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, green peppers and red onions, which makes a great vegetarian option.
