MINNEAPOLIS — The Caribou Coffee Company Inc.'s branded coffee now is offered at 40 Life Time Fitness health and fitness centers in nine states.

Life Time Fitness operates large sports and athletic, professional fitness, family recreation and resort/spa centers.

Life Time Fitness LifeCafe locations will offer Caribou Blend, Daybreak and French Roast, as well as Caribou Espresso beans for espresso beverages. Caribou Coffee chief executive Michael J. Coles said the new partnership benefits the coffee chain's marketing strategy.

"We have strong ties not only geographically, but also, through our brand and distribution capabilities," he said. "In turn, this provides marketing and training advantages that serve to benefit our customers."
