DENVER — Qdoba Mexican Grill will open its 300th store July 31. The store will be in Bloomington, Ind., near Indiana University.

According to a news release, Qdoba's fiscal year goal was to open 75 to 80 new restaurants and they are on track with the opening of 80 restaurants before October of this year. The chain has grown at a rate of 41 percent since last year.

This IU location is franchised by Aztec Partners LLC of Indianapolis.
