Rubio's comps up 0.3% for Q2

CARLSBAD, Calif. — Rubio's Restaurants reported soft comps and good revenues for the second quarter, which ended June 25, 2006.

The company said revenues rose 3.1 percent to $37.2 million from $36.0 million for the same quarter last year. Comparable store sales increased 0.3 percent. Net income was $439,000 as compared to net income of $909,000 for the same quarter last year.
