Shane's Rib Shack launches catering menu

ATLANTA, Ga. — Shane's Rib Shack launched a system-wide catering menu. To drive initial sales, Shane's is running a viral marketing campaign.

The Raving Brands concept is driving consumers to its Web site to plug the service. According to a news release, one lucky Web visitor who registers at the site will receive free catering every Friday.

The catering menu will offer BBQ Chopped Pork and Baby Back Ribs, along with baked beans, coleslaw, mac and cheese, desserts and drinks. Party Platters consisting of three racks of BBQ Ribs, wings, or 30 or 50 pieces of chicken tenders, are also available.
