MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Lenny's Franchisor LLC, franchisor of Lenny's Sub Shops, announced plans to open 15 restaurants in New Mexico.
 
Eat Subs LLC, led by Nat Eppel, purchased the exclusive rights to open the units in the New Mexico counties of Bernalillo, Sandoval, Santa Fe and Valencia. Eppel plans to open his first restaurant in Albuquerque next spring.
