TULSA, Okla. — Camille's Sidewalk Café announced the creation of Beautiful Brands International (BBI), a restaurant holding company that will develop additional brands.
 
BBI is now the parent company of Camille's, but the Camille's management team remains the same.
 
In addition to Camille's, BBI announced it will franchise Coney Beach, which is in the creation phase.
 
"The goal of Beautiful Brands International is to create and develop multiple, non-competing brands for our franchisee base, area developers, and future franchise partners to grow their local economies and create jobs in their communities," said Camille's founder David Rutkauskas, who is now the BBI chairman and chief executive.
 
Coney Beach is a retro, beach-inspired, fast-casual, gourmet hot dog and burger restaurant. The menu features 100-percent Angus burgers, all-beef hot dogs, Polish sausages and bratwurst. Coney Beach will also include a beverage bar with old-fashioned bottled sodas and unique beers from the region, as well as fresh-squeezed lemonade and classic ice cream floats and shakes.
