MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Giles Foodservice Equipment has launched an extended version of its POVH ventless hood.
According to a news release, this new option offers an extra foot of space for appliances that do not require a fire suppression unit, such as pizza ovens, conveyer and toaster ovens. The new expanded option of the POVH ventless hood offers a 6-foot span, large enough to accommodate multiple appliances.
"As food establishments increasing look to expand their menu and offer a wider variety of items, there's a need for increased kitchen capacity," said Ted Giles, president of Giles Foodservice Equipment. "Our expanded ventless hood option provides high quality performance while meeting the in-kitchen needs of these establishments."
