WALTHAM, Mass. — Peppercoin announced that Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. will use Peppercoin's Small Payment Suite and consulting services to enhance its customer loyalty program in its 98 Sweet Tomatoes and Souplantation restaurants across 15 states.
According to a news release, Garden Fresh will use Peppercoin's Merchant Loyalty & Rewards solution and consulting services to improve the effectiveness of its loyalty programs with real-time payments data and customer analytics that fine-tune its rewards to better meet customer needs and drive incremental revenue.
The release said Peppercoin's card-based approach eliminates traditional barriers to loyalty enrollment and usage and provides merchants with real-time insight into customer purchasing behavior. Merchants can manage customer rewards instantly based on rules they define and can fine-tune rewards to best meet business needs. Consumers can enroll with just a single swipe of a credit or debit card already in their wallet.
