• Rubio's Q3 comps up 1.8%

CARLSBAD, Calif. -- Rubio's Restaurants announced financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 24, 2006.
Comps increased 1.8 percent versus 0.3 percent last year. Revenue rose 6.1 percent to $38.8 million, but net income slipped to $600,000 from $828,000 for the same quarter last year.
