SEATTLE — Taco Del Mar is introducing $5.99 made-to-order platters. Among them:

Enchilada/Taco: One enchilada topped with sauce and cheese, plus one soft taco with rice, beans, guacamole and sour cream.

Meat Quesadilla: A tender quesadilla with grilled meat of choice, served with rice, beans, guacamole and sour cream.

Baja Build-Your-Own: Two warmed flour or corn tortillas served alongside choice of meat, with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream.

Taco Del Mar platters will become a permanent addition to the menu.
