ATLANTA — Raving Brands promoted Colleen Lex to vice president of partner development. With the promotion, Lex becomes the first woman to join the senior management team.
According to a news release, she will oversee all aspects of training, recruiting, and development of internal and external human resources.
Lex developed and implemented Raving Brands University, a week long training program for all new hires and franchisees.
"Colleen has proven herself a valuable member of the Raving Brands management team through her countless contributions, especially Raving Brands University and our training programs," said Raving Brands president Steve LaMastra. "The depth of her experience and skill will further strengthen Raving Brands as it aggressively moves ahead as a leader in the restaurant industry."
Lex was one of the original members of the Doc Green's management team as director of training. She created the in-store training program for Doc Green's and has led the program for all Doc Green's locations.
