HEATHROW, Fla. — Ultimate Franchise Systems Inc. has developed a fast-casual concept to focus on high rise buildings, office complexes and commercial/industrial centers, the company announced in a news release.
Espresscio Kiosks, named for its inference to quick-service as well as specialty coffee products, will focus on offering breakfast, lunch and snack food-service locations to owners and leasing agents of large commercial complexes.
"We believe the Espresscio formula is one of great interest to large employment centers and their employment base," said UFSJ chief operating officer Dan Patterson. "In today's employment centers commercial leasing companies want to have food services close by to keep their corporate clients and employees happy. We see this as a potentially, very lucrative market for our company."
Espresscio operations will generally operate from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday in a custom-designed kiosk approximately 150 square feet. Food menus for each location will include custom-made sandwiches, fresh salads and daily soups. Each location also is slated to serve a variety of premium coffee beverages from Sackets Harbor Coffee Co., fruit smoothies and specialty desserts.
