SEATTLE — Organic Holding Company Inc., operator of 13 Organic To Go fast-casual cafes in Seattle and Los Angeles, has gone public following a reverse merger.
 
The company, which changed its name to Organic To Go Inc., is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Irvine, Calif.-based SP Holding Corp., whose stock is traded on the over-the-counter bulletin board under the symbol SPHG.OB.
