Houston Chronicle: A group of Moe's Southwest Grill franchisees from Georgia and Tennessee filed suit against parent company Raving Brands. Among the allegations made by the franchisees are that they are forced to buy food and supplies through a company-owned distributor at above-market prices.
 
 
 
* This is the second lawsuit filed by Raving Brands franchisees in less than seven months. In November, a group of Mama Fu's operators filed a similar suit, accusing Raving Brands of fraudulent financial documentation, theft by falsification and theft by taking and concealments.
