ORLANDO, Fla. — Tijuana Flats is set to open its first North Carolina location May 5, the company announced.
 
The nearly 2,400-square-foot location will provide indoor seating for 72, plus an additional 12 seats in the outside patio area. 
The restaurant is being opened by franchisee Randy Danison and business partner Jonathan Webster. Danison and Webster also are planning to open two more North Carolina Tijuana Flats locations by the end of the year.
