Business Week: Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc.'s chief executive Steve Ells sold 6,000 shares of company common stock under a prearranged trading plan, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
 
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Friday, Ells reported he sold the shares for approximately $60.50.
