Penn Station inks Pittsburgh development deal

CINCINNATI — Penn Station East Coast Subs has finalized expansion plans for four locations in the Pittsburgh area.

The chain currently operates one location in the region, with the four other locations under contract with franchisees John and Monica Adams.
