DENVER — Clyde Rucker will join the Quiznos executive team as the company's executive vice president and chief administrative officer, effective May 29.
Rucker will report directly to Greg Brenneman, Quiznos chief executive, president and partner.
In this newly developed role, Rucker will manage the communications, human resources, real estate and administrative functions. He also will lead new programs for diversity inclusion, corporate relations and community affairs.
Rucker joins Quiznos after 12 years with Burger King Corporation, where his last job was SVP of global communications and external affairs. There, he handled internal and external communications as well as community relations, corporate social responsibility, consumer relations and minority business development. Before joining Burger King, Rucker worked with Arby's and KFC, in a variety of roles from operations to new channel development.
Rucker was educated in Colorado, completing his bachelor's degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He received his master's of science degree from Central Michigan University.
