Florida fast casual opens second location

WELLINGTON, Fla. — Jupiter, Fla.-based Pyrogrill will open its second company-owned location in Wellington, Fla., in mid-July.

Same-store sales at the restaurant have increased an average of 75 percent over the last three years, according to the company, and operators plan to open 15 to 25 franchised locations in 2007.

The majority of new locations are expected to be in the Southeast.
