Qdoba intros Chicken Mango Salad

DENVER — Qdoba Mexican Grill has announced the nationwide rollout of its Chicken Mango Salad. The salad is a blend of mango salsa with a lime vinaigrette dressing over shredded romaine lettuce and Qdoba's signature adobo chicken, served in a crispy tortilla bowl and topped with cheese and sour cream.

The salad is made to order and can be customized to fit any guest's individual preferences. For example, diners can choose to order the Chicken Mango Salad naked (without the bowl).

The salad was tested in Denver and regional Colorado markets in 2006 and more than 95 percent of customers said they would reorder the salad again, the company said.

Qdoba Chicken Mango Salad retails for $6.29 in most locations.
