TROY, Mich. — Nextep Systems, provider of automated-ordering solutions to the restaurant, concession and casino industries, announced the completion of several self-order kiosk and digital signage projects for MotorCity Casino Hotel.
MotorCity contracted Nextep to provide new kiosk-ordering solutions for three foodservice outlets in the casino complex: the MotorCity Pit Stop BBQ, the Grand River Deli, and the Classics Buffet. The self-order kiosks allow customers to order their meals from a touchscreen ordering system and pay with a combination of Club Metro Comp, cash, credit, and/or coupons.
MotorCity also enlisted Nextep to develop 2D and 3D creative content for ongoing customer loyalty promotions and digital signage throughout the new casino.
To date, Nextep Systems has delivered more than 20 software and services projects to MotorCity Casino Hotel.
