HOLBROOK, N.Y. — IDS Menus has installed its digital menu-board system for the grand opening of a Salad Spinners location in Chicago. The restaurant is the second Salad Spinners location to feature IDS' menu boards.
 
IDS Menus, a division of International Display Systems Inc., is a full-service manufacturer of high-quality menu displays for the food service and related industries.
 
Six LCD screens in the Salad Spinner location offer synchronized programmable content with animated illustrations of how customers can have their salads prepared. Periodically, a large mural sweeps across the displays.
 
Salad Spinners, which operates four locations in the Chicago area, serves salads, sandwiches and soups.
