BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Noodles & Company announced that it has completed a recapitalization of the business pursuant to a stock-tender offer that commenced in May 2007.
 
The recapitalization is a part of Noodles & Company's long-term plans to deliver positive financial results and increase capital to grow the business to more than 500 restaurants over the next five to seven years.
 
Capital to facilitate the tender and fund future company growth was provided by investment funds affiliated with Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, which now owns a minority equity stake in Noodles & Company.
