THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — Craig Hopkins has joined Baja Fresh as its vice president of franchise development and real estate, the company announced.

Hopkins' responsibilities include attracting new franchise owners and leading growth efforts nationwide for the Baja Fresh and La Salsa restaurant brands.

Hopkins joins the company with more than 24 years of franchise experience, most recently from CKE restaurants, where he served as director and vice president of franchise development. Prior to that, he worked as director of franchise development for A.F.C. Enterprises and also served as the manager and director of franchise development for Arby's Inc.
