Mike Serchia named as Einstein Noah VP of HR

LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc. has announced that it has appointed Mike Serchia to serve as vice president of human resources.

Serchia has more than 25 years of human resource experience, the last eight of which have been with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, headquartered in Los Angeles.

Along with his experience in the restaurant industry, Serchia has played a role in building processes and systems to support company strategic objectives in the manufacturing, distribution and food and beverage industries.

He has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State University, Northridge.
